Simple Steps
Step 1
Choose your plaque
Select from our range of beautifully designed plaques, varying in borders and sizes. Simply place an order, tell us the name of the memorial, choose whether the memorial is public or private then wait for delivery.
Step 2
Add a timeline, bio, and memories
Once purchased, you can add a profile picture, a timeline of events, a biography and memories. Profiles with more than two memories display a slideshow.
Step 3
Position your plaque and scan QR code
Use the adhesive pad on the back of the plaque to stick it somewhere accessible. Scan the QR code with your devices's camera and follow the link to the tribute profile.
Step 4
Relive your memories
Conveniently visit memorials and share with friends and family.
